Some plants are only shipped to order, as some plants are harder to source than others. This normally means there are only small amounts availble.

Any badly damaged or dead goods should be returned within 5 working days and notification within 24 hours of receiving such goods, and money will be refunded in full fod goods only. Not for carriage, this must be taken up with the carrier, or No VAT shall be reimbursed.

no refund will be made where delivery has been attempted, and the agents have not left the goods due to No Reply/Signature at the delivery address.

All none EEC countries must be responsible for the correct paperwork.
Failure to do so will results in the authorities confiscating the goods.

VAT is charged at the present UK rate of 17.5%, so must be included in the price of the goods.
